Provide Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) provides students with the knowledge and skills required to perform CPR in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines. The course includes training with the use of an AED / defibrillator
Face to Face Training: Duration: 4 hrs and completion of pre-course independent study training.
This course provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to provide first aid responses in a range of situations in the community, workplace and home.
Face to Face Training: Duration: 5 hrs and completion of pre-course independent study training.
The unit applies to educators and support staff working within an education and care setting who are required to respond to a first aid emergency, including asthmatic and anaphylactic emergencies.
Face to Face Training: Duration: 6 hrs and completion of pre-course independent study training.
The unit deals with more advanced skills including bag valve resuscitation, spinal injury management and multi-casualty incident management as well as tourniquets and haemostatic dressings
