This session is amazing for building functional, full-body muscle. You will utilise your own body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, balls, benches and hurdles. Sessions are designed around time and reps to get the best results. Workouts are fresh and fun, whilst increasing your strength, fitness and overall health. All fitness levels welcome :)

Flow Yoga
This class is a fusion of active and passive yoga postures using props to support and assist the body. You will be guided through an intuitively paced flow sequence to help strengthen, stretch and improve balance, posture and mobility. Then slow down and transition into a series of grounded, restorative postures that are held longer and especially good for joints, connective tissue, calming the mind and rebalancing the nervous system.  The main goal of this type of Yoga is to create a state of calmness and balance. You can also perform it as a form of moving meditation. it helps bring the body into a state of deep relaxation and mindfulness by working with the breath and practicing mindful movements in a slow and gentle manner. Flow Yoga has been shown to aid in pain relief, reduce stress, relieve depression, and improve sleep quality. All levels welcome.
