Workshop Service and Repairs
The quickest way to book is to use our VIP SERVICE HOTLINE. Please call 02 9907 3500 to book your service.
1. Click BOOK HERE to display the menu then select your required service or repair (your booked service level can be revised on physical inspection of the bike in-store if you wish).
2. Book for the day you would like to collect your bike. (If you'd like to collect on the weekend, please be aware we will need it dropped off by Thursday PM or Friday AM at the latest).
PLEASE NOTE:
a) You can drop your bike in on any day or time before the booked service, however we may need to order parts. We recommend dropping off 5-7 days before the booked pick-up day to ensure you are not inconvenienced by any potential part delays.
b) Same day service is available upon request.
c) Please allow 5 minutes when dropping off your bike for us to do a quick inspection. Alternatively we can email an inspection report for you to complete prior to drop off.
