2 x 45 minute exclusive group pt sessions
Monday - Cardio fitness focused. With a mixture of HIIT, mixed circuit and full body strength sessions, this session will be planned to get the heart rate up, burn some calories and increase your cardio health
Tuesday - Upper body strength focused. Each monthly block you will have a strength component that you will focus on technique and progression overload, then the remainder of the session will be a muscle fatiguing upper circuit, using our body weight, conditioning equipment and weight resistance
Thursday - Lower body focused. Each monthly block you will have a strength component that you will focus on technique and progression overload, then the remainder of the session will be a muscle fatiguing lower circuit, using our body weight, conditioning equipment and weight resistance
All together creating 3 resistance training sessions at least per week, building stronger bodies, creating more lean muscle and the potential to reshape your body composition*
ALL clients will be uploaded to TRAINERIZE where they will have access to AT HOME sessions similar to what is programmed in the gym sessions. You can use these instead of being in the gym (if you cant get there) or as an additional session into your week. You will also be able to track your training sessions, accountability, support plus so much more.....
