This beautiful 2 hour package is a fusion of our signature 'fluid and flow' or 'deep release' body massage and our unique 'Sole Mumma' foot pamper.

You will begin this treatment with a 75 min relaxation massage, soft towels, candles and soothing music. Nourishing all the senses.

You will then be provided with a Bath Robe, snuggle into a comfortable sofa chair to begin your 45 minute foot pamper. This includes a foot bath/soak and foot scrub using Secret Scent Himalayan Salt with Coconut and Lime essential oils and a Reflexology foot massage; all whilst you enjoy either a cup of nourishing herbal Relaxation Tea or Water.

To really deepen this 'sole' enriching journey; you may wish to include a 20 minute voice recorded guided relaxation to your treatment, to calm the nervous system.
