This beautiful session, combines balancing energy centres/chakras, to clear blocked or stagnant energy and enable a clear channel and flow of prana/life force energy.

Crystals representative of each energy centre are placed strategically, whilst the Therapists hands are placed gently on or above the body. Symbols that have been attuned specifically to your Reiki Practictioner, are intuitively accessed.

You may feel a sensation of warmth or coolness, you may see colours or images. The intention behind this treatment is to create deep relaxation, whilst allowing the body to tap into it's own innate ability to heal and come back to balance. Everyone's experience is unique to them and you will only ever receive, what is required by and for you.

Your session includes consultation before your session, based on information provided in your intake form and after your session, additional information and tools will be shared, to assist on your wellness journey.
